What is Cloud?

Cloud refers to network based services hosted on elastic hardware which can be scaled up or down on-demand. Cloud computing relies on sharing of resources to achieve economies of scale and also focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of shared resources.

How does Cloud help in Remote Monitoring?

With geographically widespread plants, an increased need for remote monitoring system is arising. Thus, it becomes important for engineers to come-up with reliable solution to the problems. In such a scenario cloud servers find a perfect use because they not only act as a central hub of information but also help reduce installation and maintenance cost of necessary hardware. They have improved up-time and reduced system vulnerabilities by providing secured access to information.

Is WebFRONT secure?

WebFRONT has been built to secure all transactions and data.

Connections between LogPRO devices and WebFRONT are encrypted. Additionally, connection between clients and the WebFRONT services are encrypted and secured with certificates.

What does it cost?

Before creating an account with WebFRONT you need to pay one-time refundable security fees.Once you have an account created, you can connect any number of devices to your account.

To provide a secure and reliable service we need to continuously manage and improve our infrastructure. WebFRONT comes with a variety of monthly-subscription plans. You can pick and choose a plan that suits your needs.

You can track your account usage on WebFRONT. When account is about to reach its limit – WebFRONT will send out notification to Account Admin. When an account reaches usage limit – it will stop receiving further data from the connected devices.

Where is my data stored?

WebFRONT is built to support multiple regions. Each region hosts a cloud instance and stores all the data for that region. At the time of creating an account you can choose the region where you want to store the data. We suggest that you choose the region closest to you.

At this moment WebFRONT supports only one region – India.

How do I get started?

Simply drop us an email at sales@m2mlogger.com and our representative shall get back to you shortly. They will guide you with pre-requisites to create the account on WebFRONT. Once you complete the formalities, your account will be created and you will receive the necessary credentials.
